Service Delivery Manager
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the entire service delivery process. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our services meet the quality standards that our clients expect and deserve. We are currently seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the end-to-end service delivery process.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues that may affect the quality of service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Java is a plus.
